Well Coshee and I are starting to feel an affection for Sydney! April saw us here for the Easter Show and May has seen us with the Sydney Home Show and now we are off to Manly for the Northern Beaches Show May 22 and 23 at Warriewood.
We have shown people our Coshee bed linen and our Mulberry Silk Quilts and have passed on a wealth of knowledge to all so my topic today is Silk Quilts.
Mulberry Silk Quilts have been made in China for hundreds of years so they cant be wrong! Older generations will still have the first (yes the first!) quilt they were given as a child as the silk will last forever. It is one of the strongest threads in the worls and we use only the long threads in our quilts.
Silk is also dust mite, mold and bacteria resistant along side with being Hypo-allergenic so it is perfect for allergy sufferers the world over!
We dont buy our quilts from a supplier we have them made for us and as such have a slightly different product to competitors.
Our covers have a Aloe Vera gel to waterproof the cotton cover. This means you do not have to wash or dry clean the silk quilt as it will not become dirty or soiled by the body oils other quilts acquire.
We double stitch our hems and have loops to tie your quilt into its Coshee cover or your normal quilt cover.
You can also attach a Summer and Winter if you wish or two summers to gain the warmth you need.
Silk has the warmth of feather/down and wool but half the weight and this is a big attraction to buyers.
It doesnt "trap" the warmth it adjusts the temperature to your own bodies needs and in turn gives both sleepers in the same bed a comfortable nights sleep.

Thanks Sydney!
Well what can I say about Sydney? Picturesque beaches, Opera House, Harbour bridge and the Easter Shows!
We had a fun time in Sydney with our Coshee brand and we hope Sydneysiders liked us too!
We will return for round two next Month for the Sydney Home Show at Darling Harbour May 13-16th.
Our Silk Quilts seem to be a regular hit when teamed with our Natural fibres in the Coshee bed linen.

Sydney Fun
Well when it comes to driving in Sydney you need a map and a GPS!

March madness and natural fibres
In the world we live in today we spend so much time trying to be quick! Ironic when we dont have enough time to acheive this so what do we do....? We buy products that help us through and hopefully they will all have more than one main function.
When we at Ecosleep Australia invented our Coshee range we looked at all the things we wanted to "fix".
Messy beds, tangled sheets, too much washing, hard to make beds, poor quality bed linen, quilts that suit our climate, and I think we have achieved a "fix" it for most people.
So today lets talk about "natural fibres"
When we look at the materials we use today in bedding we need to pinpoint the things that are important to us. If it is natural fibres then we are a good choice of product for you. We use 100% cotton with no added chemicals. This means when you sleep under your Coshee it will be a soft enjoyable experience with no harmful additivies and a peaceful nights sleep can be acheived even for allergy sufferers! We dont need a "no iron" additive or a polyester base. Lets go back to what Grandma had and enjoy our natural fibres the way they used to be! When you open our non plastic bags you will find a pre-washed ,soft product that has no "odour" and can be put straight on the bed for use.
Now thats what I call conveinient and speedy! So as we say at Ecosleep Australia..

2010 Here we come!
Well how time flies when you are busy! I cannot believe we are already into 2010, school is back, and the heat is pleasent!
We are going to be popping up in so many spots this year you will certainly see us somewhere!
A big thanks to our current stockist whom are growing daily! Not to mention our loyal followers in Tasmania and other states of Australia!
February will see us at the SUSTAINABLE LIVING FESTIVAL held at Federation Square and Birrarung marr park. A great venue to for all to show their wares that help our envirnoment and the people.
We will be showing our current range of Coshee quilt sets in cotton and bamboo/cotton and our Mulberry Silk Quilts!
Both are designed to save you time, energy, water and money! We havent put our prices up in 2010 so you can still grab a bargain with our natural fibres and hypo-allergenic quilts and sleep knowing you are in a healthy, beautiful environment!

Spring is in the Air
Welcome to Spring!
Yes finally the birds are singing and the sun is shining through the clouds! Although we love the rain we also love the way the world sparkles in Spring and all the new life begins.
So where are you up to? Umm need to redecorate before Summer, Christmas or just thinking of moving up and out?
Well hop to it! Grab that paint tin, pull down those blinds and put up new ones and re-vamp the bedroom with a Coshee! Go on you know you want to...... Bright colours, subtle shades the choice is yours and whats more NO MORE WASHING THE QUILT COVER EVERY WEEK... YEAH!!
